CSIRO Chief Scientist leads science roundtable in Seattle

AACC Pacific Northwest had the pleasure of hosting CSIRO Chief Scientist Bronwyn Fox for a roundtable discussion at The Rainier Club on Monday 11 September.

Local representatives from academia, industry and government gathered to hear Professor Fox speak about Australia’s scientific advancements, ongoing research and innovation, and opportunities for collaboration. Specific areas of interest included sustainability, energy, digital technologies, quantum, future materials and space.

The roundtable event brought together a cross-section of companies, technologies, policy-makers and funding sources ideal for enhancing the Australia-Washington relationship.
